Losing weight without exercise is not only possible but most times it is recommended. Obviously being overweight has so many negatives it may bear mentioning again.

That list can go on and on. The point that needs to be made is there is a solution to this problem. I made this site because I had a problem with my weight. I was sick and tired of this problem that I knew could be fixed. Yes there is some discipline involved but really more than that was the desire to get back to a healthy me.
I discovered this from listening to a radio channel on Heath Matters. They talked about a product which actually has been around for a long time. Now of course eating the right foods does matter and there is a diet to follow. I noticed from my own experiment with this diet process I would lose 1 to 2 pounds each day. I did not have the hunger pains as I was concerned about nor did I lose energy. The design of this diet consumes your own body fat as energy that helps to fuel your body and mind. So simple and so perfect. I say this as a testament from my own experience.

The Bottom Line
This diet program runs for one month increments. In my case I found that once I was focused to do this, it really was a lot easier that I thought. I will admit I did cheat two or three days of the month while on it. I had half a pizza from our local Costco while watching a recent pro football playoff game. A couple times I made a meal probably bigger than I should, probably from habit. My only regret now as I write this is that I didn’t take pictures of my first months results. On the flip side I’m going to stick with this for another two month intervals. Like I say with this program your on one month then off a month, alternate the months in other words. Next time around I will take photos. Like so many say there is so much BS online, I decided I’m not going to participate in that way.
