A couple times I made a meal probably bigger than I should, probably from habit. My only regret now as I write this is that I didn&rsquo;t take pictures of my first months results. On the flip side I&rsquo;m going to stick with this for another two month intervals. Like I say with this program your on one month then off a month, alternate the months in other words. Next time around I will take photos. Like so many say there is so much BS online, I decided I&rsquo;m not going to participate in that way.</p>
