A fit woman brings to my mind, the resolve that we all should be able to lead a fit and happy life. Here are ten essential fitness tips that I wished to share with your all.
First, be regular in exercises, 30 minutes exercise a day with a friend for company could contribute wonders to both your fitness.
Second, our body, mind and skin needs rest to be healthy, ensure you have 7 to 8 hours of good sleep to feel healthy and fit.
Third, ensure hydration of your body and skin by drinking about 7 to 10 glasses of water a day, it cleanses body of toxins and helps you have a glowing skin.
Fourth, believe that life is too short to waste hating anyone, learn to forgive and forget past mistakes of family and friends, and be happy and fit.
Fifth, cultivate the art of positive thinking, you will feel good and motivated and realize positive things in life.
Sixth, embrace vegetarianism, eat more of natural food, fruits, vegetables, and unprocessed foods, avoid or eat less of manufactured food and be fit.
Seventh, eat breakfast like a king, lunch as a prince and dinner like a pauper, you need more energy in the morning and less at bedtime, the excess calories will be deposited as fats.
Eighth, do not take yourself or life tough, learn to laugh and smile a lot, this promotes good mental and physical fitness.
Ninth, experience the power in practice of meditation, yoga, and prayer, they help you lead a fit, busy and active life.
Tenth, eat everything in moderation, avoid excess of sugar, salt, saturated fats and spices, they could slow you down, make you sick and unfit.
